A novel idea! I never thought to look for podcasts via Youtube, but it makes perfect sense.
Samuli Kemppi is a Finnish techno artists unafraid to experiment with electronic music under his own name rather than under a heap of aliases. He’s also a DJ for Basso Radio, and this podcast gives a good demonstration of the sort of electronica he spins on air.

For years, I had a crush on Róisín Murphy, singer of Moloko. That ended, to a degree, when she went solo, as little she’s done since Moloko’s breakup has moved me as much as this material did (and still does).
Andrea Parker produces something I hate calling trip-hop, as it seems so limiting. She’s on another plane in the world of electronica.

I had never heard of Manuel Knwell of Casa de Orates until today, and Tarkovsky tributes are a dime a dozen, but this was rather pleasant, atmospheric listening.
Many thanks to Diana of Standgericht, who sent me some material she’s working on for an upcoming album release. If you have a passion for Electronic Body Music of a more brutal type, this will be worth waiting for.
A new release from Stasis Recordings by house artist Louis Haiman. I’m no expert in regards to house music, but this track brought me back to Kraftwerk’s early minimalist catalog, sans vocals. Brilliant material to work with.
Up until today, I had no idea who Schneider Kacirek was. Thanks to Toni Dimitrov, my old friend, I got turned on to this track, and this rather incredible project. It features Stefan Schneider, who was in Kriedler and To Rococo Rot. No wonder why the beats sounded familiar!
Russia-based musician Neizvestnost has an impressive side project that reminds one of a dark, trance-like melding of Tangerine Dream at their prime and old-school techno. I look forward to hearing more from this side-project.
One of my old friends, Toni Dimitrov, runs one of the most interesting radio shows in Macedonia for experimental music, electronica and minimal techno. Check it out at your leisure at his Blogspot page.
