Industrial music legends Ministry pair up with Nivek Ogre of Skinny Puppy to do justice to Magazine’s classic cut.

[Music] Cranioclast – Vanorum Mare
Cranioclast were from Hagen, Germany, and were one of the most interesting of the German cassette label projects I used to collect. They ventured into making a couple of vinyl records and CDs, but then disappeared into the ether. They’re a group crying out for a reissue campaign, definitely.

[Music] Music legend David Bowie dies

I truly wish this was a hoax, but alas, Ziggy Stardust has left us for better shores.
[Music/Film] SUB UMBRA ALARUM LUNA by Carl Abrahamsson
Carl Abrahamsson has been a founder or member of so many projects in so many genres of art that his name is ubiquitous in the experimental/occult music world. He’s preparing a new music project influenced by cult director Derek Jarman’s film, In The Shadow Of The Sun. The music will be performed by Cotton Ferox, yet another amazing band Carl has founded.
For more on the project, visit his Kickstarter page and marvel at the tranquil beauty of both the music and the images.
[Music] Coil – Careful What you Wish For
Coil rose from the ashes of Throbbing Gristle and Psychic TV. Though core members Peter Christopherson and John Balance have left this world, they left an incredible body of work to enjoy, and they will influence a new generation of post-Industrial Music artists.
A special thanks to my friend Christine Tesla Coil for posting this.
[Music] Jurica Jelić – Sve nijanse Dinare (All shades of Dinara)
I’m extremely pleased to announce the new release of Croatia’s best experimental bassist, Jurica Jelić! He hails from Knin, and produces a mélange of genres, mixing classical, post-punk, and Slavic paganism as his bass influences.
[Music] Throbbing Gristle – Dead On Arrival
Throbbing Gristle were the band responsible for introducing the concept of Industrial Music to the world, for better or for worse. This track comes from the 1978 release of D.o.A: The Third and Final Report of Throbbing Gristle.
[Music] Werkbund – Haithabu
Many thanks to my good friend Miodrag Cheza Stojanovic, who posts some of the most amazing experimental videos. Werkbund (alias of Uli Rehberg) were a German experimental/post-Industrial project who made some stunning cassettes and CDs in the 90s.
[Music] S.P.K. – White Island
Though late period SPK went into a horrible period of commercial dance music which was, to be frank, an atrocity, they managed to safe a great deal of face with their final works.
