[Music] The Orchestra Of Mirrored Reflections – Dnepr|Odessa (Live)
The Orchestra Of Mirrored Reflections are a project out of Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine, who are led by guitarist Jol Tai. They make a music reminiscent of musicians like Jon Hassell and bands like Tuxedomoon at their most experimental.
These folks are definitely going to be worth following.
[Music] Mikael Lind ~ Intentions and Variations — a closer listen

What a cover. Julia Guther’s “remixed artwork” is the EP’s entry point, making one think, I have to hear this.

[Music] Bango – Hell the World (Inferno No Mundo)
This came as a nice surprise while checking out some fuzz-laden garage tracks on Reddit today. As it turns out, Bango also have this available via Bandcamp.
[Music] La Ruleta Rusa #245. Especial David Bowie

A debt of thanks for our friends at La Ruleta Rusa Radio Program in Spain for around 7 hours of David Bowie-related programming!

[Music] Fake Plastic Heads – Je Ne Sais Quoi
Fake Plastic Heads hail from Munich, Germany, but their sound brings together a disparate blend of styles. There’s little else out there which blends electronic music genres so well.
[Music] Tablet Sleep – Inversion
As if I don’t have a number of interesting reasons to visit Russia. The Day Of Life Forgotten is an independent net label operating, it seems, out of Moscow (though if it’s not the case, I’ll update the post). This release, by my friend Alexei Serebreikov under his monicker Скрижали сна, is a great balance of electronic music, mixing elements of psychedelic music and drum & bass, a touch of IDM, all the while keeping everything sounding balanced and rhythmic. Something worth pursuing.
[Music] Various Artists – Kollektive 1
An impressive compilation from a new label out of Tehran, Iran, a place not normally associated with experimental music. What’s more impressive is that this comp covers a mix of local and international talent. Bitrot Records are certainly worth a continued look.
[Music] Various Artists – The Lost 45s of Sudan (ShellacHead Annual 2015)
I feel like I struck solid gold today! Thanks to the brilliant lads over at Shellac Head, a fine reissue label one should explore deeply, I’m able to dig into a pile of fine Sudanese music. Only the most committed bin divers know about these tracks. At $5, it’s a steal!
[Music] Flint Glass – Teotihuacan
Flint Glass are a Parisian band specializing in innovative electronic music. Too bad they don’t have more samples available, as this one is quite impressive.
